This introduces string constants in Utils::StyleHelper. They are used by
code all over in Qt Creator to tell ManhattanStyle how to paint certain
widgets.

The idea is to later move SessionManager into the Core plugin,
which both is sensible conceptually and also prerequisite to
merge the Bookmark plugin into TextEditor plugin.
Currently, only the interface is split, as the load/save
implemetations are non-mechanical to disentangle.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

When debugging tests, if there was no change in code, user should be
able to just rerun tests of his choice. However, currently there are not
so many options to just rerun tests without the build.
This patch adds more options to run tests without deployment, which can
speed up development in some environments

Parsing may end up with incomplete information when parsing documents
that are currently edited and contain syntax errors due to
incomplete changes.
This resulted in not re-adding all items which in turn led to lose
also its expanded state when re-adding it in a later successful parse.
Avoid the need to expand manually again and again by caching the
expanded state for a couple of re-parses.

Most of the QToolButtons in the toolbars don't set autoRaise, and they
are fine. I assume that those who do set it, just do it for because that
line was copy/pasted so often.

Remove the 'Always parse' setting and respective special handling.
This simplifies the handling of parsing for tests and removes
strange special handling that was introduced in earlier versions
and led more to confusion on the user side.

Avoid unintentional re-enabling of the code parser.
Handling of the enabled state broke several times before,
therefore separate it from other states of the parser to
avoid breaking it again when not taking enough care while
refactoring or adding features related to states.
