1d933953a4 Git: Fix columns visibility in branch view 
The date column was always outside the visible
range and could only be reached with scrolling.

7c96f0027e NavigationTreeView: Improve horizontal scrolling in treeview 
Do not move horizontally so often when scrolling to an index in the
TreeView. This is done by getting more accurate sizes for the items
being drawn.

8eae8881cc Improve horizontal scrolling in the navigation views 
Because of QTBUG-3927 the tree views are scrolled completely to the left
when selecting any item because it makes the header column visible. That
is very annoying, because it makes items deep in the hierarchy hardly
readable, even if you manually scrolled horizontally to see them.
Scroll horizontally to make the actual item visible instead.

1d5091e48f Do not use deprecated Qt functionality. 
Replace all* remaining deprecated Qt 4 functions with
their Qt 5 counterparts. This means we no longer need to
define the QT_DISABLE_DEPRECATED_BEFORE macro.
This patch is relatively small because most source-compatible
changes of this kind have been done before.

* The one exception is the QmlDesigner, which uses QWeakPointer
in a deprecated way all over the place.

f674af8bc9 Introduce Utils::TreeView/TreeWidget 
The only view that is sane is my view. Adds handling of return/enter
for macintosh. Allows for overriding whether single or double click
activates items via setActivationMode.

b0cd54c1ec Replace Q_WS_MAC with Q_OS_MAC. 
We want to carry over all mac-specific code paths
to Qt 5. WS_MAC is no longer set; OS_MAC is.

This change is compatible with Qt 4 builds since
OS_MAC is set whenever WS_MAC is. (OS_MAC would
also be set for the theoretical X11/Mac platform,
but that's anyway not a supported configuration
for Creator)
