This way we have fixed small (max 64 bytes) paths for CMake's configure
/ build / install steps.
This allows the user to have longer paths and still compile with MSVC /
GCC MinGW compilers.

Ideally, this would not be needed on the user code side at all, but
there's no way to ensure the settings are read timing before sibling
constructors might need it. So keep the 'poor man's two-phase
initialization', but make it less intrusive.

The CMake presets will be reloaded. The preset kits will get the CMake
configuration cleared (no more CMakeCache.txt)
All the kits will be removed from the project, so that the Kit
configuration wizard will be displayed at the end.
If a normal Qt Kit was configured, the user will get the chance to
import the existing configuration (the initial configuration will be
lost though).

This will add the new added source files (.cpp, .h, .qrc, .ui) to the
corresponding CMake source file as last arguments for known CMake
functions like add_executable, add_library as well for the Qt
counterprarts qt_add_executable or qt_add_library.
For custom functions the code will insert a target_sources() call.
Subsequent calls will add the files to the last target_sources.
The previous copy to clipboard mechanism and settings have been removed.

By copying the ${IDE:ResourcePath}/package-manager to
${buildDir}/.qtc/ the problem with hardcoding paths
to old an Qt Creator version can no longer occur.
This also fixes the issue with remote projects by reffering
to the code residing on the host.
With the above issues fixed, enable "Package manager auto setup"
by default.

The "Autorun CMake" is only visible in the Tools settings page when
the user clicks on CMake tool.
This is not very visible and it doesn't have to be per CMake version.

It had a implicit vertical layout leading to unneded layout nesting
in quite a few cases. The price is an added Column { ... } in those
places where the implicit vertical layout was sufficient before.

An option is added to change the default behavior that
would create subfolders inside source groups for files
based on their location on disk.
When disabling the option, files will be added directly
under their respective source group.
The virtual folders <build-folder> and <other-files>
is also omitted when the option is disabled.

It is a value written by the installer, and to be read from the install
settings. Writing it to the local user settings breaks it if the user
uninstalls Qt and installs it at a different location.
Also add a temporary fixup, removing the setting from the local user
settings, if it was already written there.

Adds CMAKE_PROJECT_INCLUDE_BEFORE as initial CMake parameters
with a path to a auto-setup.cmake script that will run
conan install if a conanfile.txt is found in the prject.
A project can have a local QtCreatorPackageManager.cmake file
that will be loaded if exists.
The auto setup can be controlled via the following CMake variables:
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_PACKAGE_MANAGER_SETUP
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_CONAN_SETUP
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_VCPKG_SETUP
conan.cmake is taken from https://github.com/conan-io/cmake-conan
which takes care of the conan specific compiler cruft. License
is MIT.
