025bdfe702 VCS: Use qtcEnvironmentVariable* instead of qEnvironmentVariable* 
And instead of qgetenv.
Takes Qt Creator's setting at "Environment > System > Environment" into
account, which makes it easier on some platforms to set them (e.g.
macOS), can be configured differently in different settings paths, and
potentially can be changed at runtime (depending on usage).

14257a24f9 Utils: Introduce Layouting::{br,st} 
... as "standard" ways to define line breaks and simple stretch.

There have already been too many patterns to do it.

Break() and Stretch() still work for the patches in flight, but
they are planned to be removed.

b8a6d72137 Utils: Make Layouting::Group { .. } less weird 
It had a implicit vertical layout leading to unneded layout nesting
in quite a few cases. The price is an added Column { ... } in those
places where the implicit vertical layout was sufficient before.

cbb70513bf Git: Allow colorful logs 
Requires Git 2.3 or higher for RGB colors.

Can be enabled for the normal or graph log
with the "Color" tool button. For the diff
log, the old behavior is kept (highlighter
is used for the "normal" log, no colors at
all for the graph log)

fd6b3cd484 Git: Enable "First Parent" display in log editor 
Shows merge commits instead of recursing into them.

When Diff is enabled, it will be done against the merge commit's parent,
rather than showing conflict resolution.

3c6f76d16c HostOsInfo: Add some more useful abstractions. 
Namely:
- path list separator
- executable suffix
- file name case sensitivity

All of these are duplicated in various places in the current Creator
code.

e669f05406 Utils: Introduce HostOsInfo class. 
The class' member functions are intended to be used
instead of the Q_OS_* macros in all contexts where
the latter are not syntactically required.
This lowers the likelihood of changes made on one
platform breaking the build on another, e.g. due to
the code model missing symbols in #ifdef'ed out code
when refactoring.
