It isn't necessary to export the class (which would then best have a d-
pointer etc). Just provide a function that asks the user for a codec and
returns their decision. This makes the whole dialog an implementation
detail.

Get rid of PatchFormattingFlags argument inside
DiffUtils::makePatch(), as there is the only caller of this
method. Internally, behave like the GitFormat flag was passed.
As all callers to sideFileName() were always passing
AddLevel (GitFormat flag contained AddLevel), the flag is
not needed anymore.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

Don't pass startupFile arg on every setDiffFiles.
Provide a setStartupFile() separate setter inside
DiffEditorDocument and call it directly from
DiffEditorController::setStartupFile().
Correct updateDescription() implementation.

The description is shown first (with the <Expand> placeholder), and the
diff parsing can be long. If <Expand> is clicked during parsing, it fails
because the base directory is not set yet.

For some reason, Q_UNUSED includes already a semicolon, adding one
on the user side creates an additional empty statement.

Saving diff editor transforms it to patch-file
read only editor. Clearing the uniqueId
ensures we don't use it anymore for showing
e.g. current file's modifications.

We show a dialog that offers opening a file in a different editor type
if opening a file fails, but we should not do that if opening the file
fails because it is not readable.
With this change, documents now specify if they failed to open a file
because reading failed, or because they could not handle the file
contents.

For non-editor documents it currently is not used, but for editors it
makes more sense to have that on the document instead of the editor.
Most actual implementations of "open" were done in the documents already
anyhow, because it is needed for reloading.
