Marco Bubke	1a75db12f4	Clang: Improve speed by content generation ... The argument parsing has some considerable overhead. We try to avoid that with merging all content together in one file. Marco Bubke	1e3f2eec8d	Clang: Consolidate all ClangCompilerOptionsBuilder into one implementation ... We used the same code in different but don't shared it.
