E.g. editor windows and help windows. There is no automatic system
shortcut for this on OS X.

It is a generic icon, and will for example also be used
in the Help plugin. Also make it more round and add a 2x variant
for HiDPI.

This patch implements two features:
1. Reimplement CopyLine to move text cursor at the beginning of line
2. Add copy/cutLine action to Advanced Edit menu, to make it
discoverable for editor users.

A few details are still to be done:
- extra windows are not restored yet
- window title of extra windows should show information about current
editor
- the "raise main window" hack for Linux doesn't work with Qt 5
But it should already now be quite usable.

This change updates the mode selector/fancyactionbar
in Qt Creator with new high-resolution icons.
Set Qt::AA_UseHighDpiImages on Qt 5.1 and higher to
make QIcon generate high-dpi pixmaps. Add "@2x" mode
images.
Update StyleHelper::drawIconWithShadow to handle high-dpi
pixmaps. The shadow-drawing algorithm is kept in device
pixels.

Change the UI to always show the editor for the build directory.
Default to what we do for qmake projects right now (with shadow-
building enabled).
Use this setting in qmake based projects.
Set this to '.' for in-source builds by default.

We want to carry over all mac-specific code paths
to Qt 5. WS_MAC is no longer set; OS_MAC is.
This change is compatible with Qt 4 builds since
OS_MAC is set whenever WS_MAC is. (OS_MAC would
also be set for the theoretical X11/Mac platform,
but that's anyway not a supported configuration
for Creator)

For the Qt Creator variables, currently used in the external tools.
The variable chooser looks if the current focus widget has a variable
support property set and is a line edit, text edit or plain text edit.
For line edits it adds a little icon button that shows the chooser.
Creates a new page in the options dialog which allows
the user to modify MIME type's globl patterns and rule-based
magic matchers.
As a side-effect of this feature our MIME database (and related
components) got some improvements.
