bdc2b4b59f Remove hard-coded disabling of debug logs 
Instead, set the default level of all logs to QtWarningMsg.

The call to setFilterRules overrides the user preferences in qtlogging.ini.

e6a98f368e Core: Replace ICoreListener by std::functions 
ICoreListener::coreAboutToClose() remains in the core,
ICoreListener::editorAboutToClose() is handled by a new
EditorManager::addCloseEditorListener() function.

This removes the need for some boiler plate code resulting
from the need to implement the interface in custom classes
(DesignModeCoreListener, EditorClosingCoreListener,
PojectEplorer::CoreListener and VcsBase::CoreListener).

05312bfeec Vcs: Simplify state detection code 
Simplify handling of temporary files, clean up and simplify the code a bit,
remove "project nodes" which can not be open in an editor (and do not use
the '#'-syntax anymore).

Side effect is that files in git repositories in $TEMPDIR now work as
expected.

eec0a03212 Vcs: Split up VcsCommand 
Move the biggest chunk into Utils::ShellCommand, add some Qt Creator
specific magic in Core::ShellCommand and leave the rest in
VcsBase::VcsCommand.

Rename VcsCommand to VcsCommandTag, Command into VcsCommand
(Too generic to not mistake for Core::Command IMNSHO),
remove the now unneeded namespace qualification when not needed,
adjust surrounding code.

23536e9b42 Use correct path for finding window title VCS topic 
We need to pass the _path_ of the file to
findVersionControlForDirectory, excluding the file name.
This broke the ClearCase plugin tests, which rely on magic top level
directory length sorting behavior.

616ea2e5bb Git: Fix opening repository log when commit editor is open 
Opening a commit editor inside a submodule then executing
Local Repository Log opens the log for the supermodule.

398872bcdc Git: Fix showing commits from rebase-todo editor 
We used to need the repository root in order to resolve the file.

This is no longer needed, since the raw patch is parsed instead.

48aefde7ba Move patch command out of VcsPlugin 
It will be needed soon inside DiffEditor plugin.
Move "Patch command" setting out of Version Control | General
into Environment | General | System.

Introduce PatchTool class, which hold the patch command
setting and a method for applying patches (runPatch() - moved
from VcsBasePlugin).
