Mid-term plan is to concentrate on use of QtcProcess::result()
instead which is a bit more system-agnostic.
There's quite a bit of potential for downstream cleanup by
re-using QtcProcess::exitMessage() now.

The main QtcProcess interface is nowadays a CommandLine, with no
explicit references left to QtcProcess::Arguments and related static
helper functions, so it only clutters the QtcProcess class interface
So move these items out of QtcProcess, later potentially to a separate
file pair.

The lines between engine setup and running have always been
blurry, so it looks more and more unnatural to enforce this
in the architecture. Remove the runEngine() call from the
end of notifySetupEngineOk, and do it on the user side.

The original reason for this was gdb's inability to set certain
break point properties in one go (commands and so parts of the setup are async
anyway, and using only async paths made the overall setup simpler.
The need to tweak some properties asyncronously still remains, but
for the caller side it's better when at least the initial round is
synchronous.

Breakpoints inserting is async, so they did end up when the process
was running already.
This adds an extra roundtrip. Better, but more intrusive solution
might be to set the initial breakpoints synchronously, but that
would touch all engines.

We regularly pass around strings or filenames or pairs of strings
or filenames and stringlist etc the in the end will be used
as a kind of "command line", with quite a bit of ad-hoc user
code and QtcProcess::addArg etc to set them up and manipulate them.
Let's have a class for that concept.

There have been some event sequencing changes between LLDB 6.x and 7.x,
leading to QTCREATORBUG-21615. This change here is moving to a similar

Main menu action pass operation to current engine, everything else
is handled there.
Combine execute{Step,Next} and execute{Step,Next}I functions.
Implementation were mostly similar, in some cases unneeded
(the instruction-wise version e.g. for Python)
Drop GDB-isms 'step', 'next' in favor of 'step in' and 'step over'.
