The main QtcProcess interface is nowadays a CommandLine, with no
explicit references left to QtcProcess::Arguments and related static
helper functions, so it only clutters the QtcProcess class interface
So move these items out of QtcProcess, later potentially to a separate
file pair.

Classes involved are BaseAspect and some derived classes,
LayoutBuilder and VariableChooser.
This is mostly mechanical, with various include/using changes
to make it compile.

We need to look at the effective arguments, not the user arguments.
Of course, the whole approach is still a shaky heuristic, but it should
be more correct now than it was before.

Allows more compact code on the user side in most cases and
can hide the internal 'int-ness' from user code by wrapping
Variant conversions in the TriState class itself.

More consistent with the fromString case and avoiding false

Instead, set the default level of all logs to QtWarningMsg.
The call to setFilterRules overrides the user preferences in qtlogging.ini.

When e.g. examining 'CONFIG+=foo bar' Creator would turn that into
CONFIG+=foo and 'CONFIG+=foo bar', which seems wrong to me.

We don't need to support QtQuick1 anymore. Consequently, the
minimum Qt version for QML debugging is bumped to 5.0.0.

Extract the whole makefile parsing code into a separate class, to
make the code more manageable. Also fix some bugs on importing additional
flags like qt quick compiler or separate debug info.
