It does not belong to the runner anymore after the process has finished,
so we must prevent anyone from getting a copy.
(This includes a minor API fix for RemoteLinux code that depended on
the connection being available.)

It's silly that we fix the connection parameters in the constructor. A
given object of the class, once created, should be able to repeatedly
run any command with any connection.

This includes:
- decoupling deploy configurations from targets (Reviewed-by: dt)
- adding a "Generic Linux" device type
- splitting up the Maemo deployment step into small pieces that
can be combined in different ways (and much more easily maintained)
- adding a new version handler for pro.user files
