Not all classes derived from TaskItem are tasks,
but the common denominator is that all may be placed
inside a group: thus GroupItem sounds more appropriate.
Addresses the 10th point in the bugreport below.

Introduce the GroupData structure. In this way it's easily
possible to add extra properties of already used types, e.g. int.
It's also possible to easily create elements with multiple
properties.
Simplify internal TaskItem::Type enum.
Get rid of special ParallelLimit and Workflow elements.
Provide global parallelLimit() and workflowPolicy() functions.
Make global items (e.g. parallel, stopOnDone, etc...) const.

Short live Tasking in Solutions!
Add src/libs/solutions/README.md with the motivation and hints.
Move TaskTree and Barrier from Utils into Tasking object lib,
the first solution in Solutions project.
Tasking: Some more work is still required for adapting auto and
manual tests. Currently they use Async task, which stayed in Utils.
For Qt purposed we most probably need to have a clone of
Async task inside the Tasking namespace that is more Qt-like
(no Utils::FutureSynchronizer, no priority field,
global QThreadPool instead of a custom one for Creator).

This seems to have silently broken ages ago, perhaps when run workers
were introduced: The clang tools' run controls no longer hold the
executable, so we passed an empty file path to the function that was
supposed to retrieve the include path, which in turn gave us compile-
time values as a fallback.

Introduce AnalyzerOutputData structure that is passed inside
new done() signal. This signal replaces the finishedWithSuccess()
and finishedWithFailure() signals. The output structure contains
all the data required in clients' handlers.
Move AnalyzeUnit into clangtoolrunner.h in order to avoid
circular dependencies.
Get rid of outputFilePath(), as it's passed inside AnalyzeOutputData
now.
Inline ClangToolRunWorker::unitsToAnalyze() as it's used only once.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...

They are two different tools and should not have been merged into a
single runner in the first place.
People can now actively decide to run clazy if they really want to,
rather than getting confronted with its increasingly irrelevant
complaints by default.
We keep the common settings widget for now.

We've been requiring C++17 since Qt 6.0, and our qAsConst use finally
starts to bother us (QTBUG-99313), so time to port away from it
now.
Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down
to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really
nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace.

Takes Qt Creator's setting at "Environment > System > Environment" into
account, which makes it easier on some platforms to set them (e.g.
macOS), can be configured differently in different settings paths, and
potentially can be changed at runtime (depending on usage).

There was no proper separation of responsibilities between these
plugins. In particular, CppTools had lots of editor-related
functionality, so it's not clear why it was separated out in the first
place.
In fact, for a lot of code, it seemed quite arbitrary where it was put
(just one example: switchHeaderSource() was in CppTools, wheras
switchDeclarationDefinition() was in CppEditor).
Merging the plugins will enable us to get rid of various convoluted
pseudo-abstractions that were only introduced to keep up the artificial
separation.

ProjectInfo, ProjectPart and ProjectUpdateInfo used to carry pointers
to Project and/or Toolchain, even though they were used in contexts
where these pointers were either unsafe to access or not guaranteed to
be valid anymore, which made their use difficult and error-prone.
We turn these classes into pure value types by copying in all relevant
information before the first async operation takes place.

Mark some of them with Q_UNUSED, since it looks like
sometimes the copy is done on purpose, to force detach
or used for some hack with memory management.
In one case make unused variable used again.

The getClangResourceDirAndVersion() function in ClangTools could return
the actual resource dir or the include dir, depending on the input. This
mistake happened because of misleading names spread all around the code.
Now the function returns what it says, and the other names are accurate
as well.

Before this change, we've invoked a custom clang binary that had clazy
statically compiled into it. The invocation also ensured that the
diagnostics were serialized to a file, so that libclang could be used
afterwards to read them.
As the clazy-standalone executable supports exporting diagnostics to a
YAML file now (just as clang-tidy) and Qt Creator ships it already, rely
on that executable alone instead of the clang/libclang combo.
While we do not depend on any clang header or library at build-time now,
the CompilerOptionsBuilder constructor still needs the CLANG_VERSION and
CLANG_RESOURCE_DIR pieces from llvm-config. This dependency should be
removed as next.

The projectexplorer.cpp file is a huge mixed bag, which could use some
cleaning up. The queue() function is very much related to the

Do not remove the output files after the runner invocation since they
will be removed later anyway due to the use of a temporary dir.
For debugging, allow to prevent deleting the temporary dir. This allows
easier inspection of the actually generated output files and also
enables us to import the diagnostics again without actually running the
tools.
