aa39916c41 Debugger: Invert LLDB/Python startup order 
Instead of starting LLDB through a Python script this now starts
LLDB directly. This did not work a while ago but seems fine nowaday.

e9237c20c6 Debugger: Work on LLDB auto-test on Linux 
Write the full command to a temporary file for easier re-use.
Un-ignore the first stop, this does not seem to be needed in
the new async setup.

In some cases LLDB is not able to extract the even the top most
frame of the stopped thread (happened 2 out of 100 runs of the
QDateTime dumper). It's unclear why. For now just report the fact.

1d5091e48f Do not use deprecated Qt functionality. 
Replace all* remaining deprecated Qt 4 functions with
their Qt 5 counterparts. This means we no longer need to
define the QT_DISABLE_DEPRECATED_BEFORE macro.
This patch is relatively small because most source-compatible
changes of this kind have been done before.

* The one exception is the QmlDesigner, which uses QWeakPointer
in a deprecated way all over the place.

776da7b5b3 Debugger: Improve associative std container display 
Handle multimap and multiset. Use the "[index] key" display that's
also used for Q{Multi,}Map both for consistency and because it's
needed to distiguish otherwise identical keys.

GDB 7.7 changed behavior e.g. for the names of anonymous fields,
we need to adjust dumpers and some tests.
