b67482480e Doc: Update the Qt Quick Mobile application tutorial 
Remove references to using visual editors and use the example code
from Qt Sensors module.

Add instructions for using CMake.

Add CMakeLists.txt, AndroidManifest.xml, and Info.plist files.
