08ccda5862 EditorManager: Change openEditor/activateEditor to not do mode switching 
Also introduce a indirection, modes have now types, edit and debug have
the same type, and editors do have a prefered type of modes instead of a
prefered mode.

That fixes the bug that if the prefered qml editing mode was set to
design, then in switching between qml editors would
- in Edit Mode: stay in edit mode
- in Debug Mode: switch to debug mode

5cd6ebfdfd C++: Only reindent on electric characters if indent wasn't user-changed. 
This should make the indenter less strict and annoying for non-standard
indentation styles.

86799309aa Keep the locator database in sync with the current snapshot. 
Thanks to this patch we can move the filtering of C++ symbols
in a background thread.

bde1ebaaea Remove EditorManager::ensureEditorManagerVisible() 
The function always switched to Edit Mode, which was the cause for
several bugs. Since openEditor() already does switch to the right mode,
the function is not really needed.

The following actions now respect the prefered mode of the editor:
"f file"-locator
The Open Documents list
Editor history navigation

2bda8675e5 C++ symbols find filter for advanced find. 
Required refactoring of the search result window to show real trees of
search results.

The backend is the backend from the Locator filter, which is a bit
outdated now.

9bdb97e27d Trigger only on exactly 3 characters for C++ completion 
Allowing any length more than 2 is too slow at the moment. We'd first
need to find a way to avoid recalculating the complete list of items
for every character while the key isn't matching anything.

2c51e0c9da Automatically trigger completion for C++ editor after three characters 
Similar behaviour as for the QML editor. However, for now without
removing the completion box when you have typed the whole word, since it
could still be useful for automatically inserting other characters.

b3dbc4b4e4 Add flag to IPlugin::aboutToShutdown that allows asynchronous shutdown. 
If a plugin requests asyncronous shutdown, the shutdown sequence does
not continue to deleting the plugins before it has sent a
asynchronousShutdownFinished signal. During that time an event loop
is running.

ab8a8c018d Fix brace states 
The lexer needs its own lexerState, before it was using
the syntax highlighter user state. This breaks the brace
depth calculation of the highlighter.
