None of the run configuration aspects that are added to each runconfig
depend on the actual runconfig, only two need the target, the rest
nothing at all. So use target as common denominator.

Not really needed, a QWidget does the job, too, and de-emphasizes
then 'Run' bit. The display name is now taken always from the
aspect, but that's what was the practically the case before,
albeit with different implementations.
Change all names to *[cC]onfigWidget* (in line with ISettingsAspect).

Any SettingsAspect that doesn't refer to the global settings has a
specific RunConfiguration it is about. This can be very handy to know
when constructing the actual settings. Right now there is no way to find
out about it.
Drop the clone() and create() methods. They weren't used anywhere and a
proper implementation should take care of the runConfiguration member.

Decouple layout generation from widget generation and

This is the first mechanical step to execute on the 'shared pool of
debugger/analyzer views' idea.
Future steps would be providing infrastructure for the view pool,
making all analyzer/debugger views use the pool and then re-extract
a sensible base for a 'analyzer-and/or-debugger' tool plugin interface.

Instead, use the one in its (Standard)Runnable.
The change is mechanical except to the fallback to the project directory
which was introduced in 8150209f to keep some compatibility with the previous
setup of the Android runner which created and copied the fallback value around
and ignored it in the end. Not producing the fallback value is less effort.

* Pass around RunMode as extra parameter
not as part of AnalyzerStartParameters.
That's closer to the pattern used elsewhere.
* Environment was always initialized from the runconfig's
EnvironmentAspect. The tools can do that directly.
* Provide setter for display name for cases where
it is not equal to RunConfiguration::displayName

Instead of describing icons via file name or in the themed icons case
via
a string that is a list of mask/color pairs, we have now a class for it.
Icons are now listed in per-plugin *icons.h headers.
RunControl::m_icon was The only place left where an icon property was in
fact a string. This patch changes that member to be a Utils::Icon.

We define a Profile build to be a Release build with separate debug
info. You can thus change a given build from Release to Profile of vice
versa by toggling the separate debug info checkbox. The messaging for
future user interaction about Profile builds has to take this into
account.

This provides a way for third-party plugins to implement run
modes without the need to add a value to the central enum or
using manual workarounds like RunMode(*(int*)&someUniqueObject).
Instead of centrally defined enum values this uses Core::Id that could
be defined anywhere.

The code sharing in the base was along a somewhat unfortunate
boundary. Moving it into the only user also removes some of
the wrong local/remote separation.

This is what it is on the top level. The change makes it obvious
that in the valgrind(-derived) plugins the value is later wrongly
used to make a decision on whether to run the valgrind process
locally or remotely. But that's isolated in valgrind now and
can be fixed there.
