This provides a way for third-party plugins to implement run
modes without the need to add a value to the central enum or
using manual workarounds like RunMode(*(int*)&someUniqueObject).
Instead of centrally defined enum values this uses Core::Id that could
be defined anywhere.

Currently normal end of an ios run is silent. This looks strange as
the startup writes a string.

first work in progress support for ios
* separate iosTool using xml communication used for device info and run
* iossim tool to handle the simulator
* debug prepared but not working
* separate gcc toolchain detection fix for simulator
1) add a QT built for ios
2) open a project, for example qtbase/examples/widgets/animation/animatedtiles/animatedtiles.pro
3) build/run...
