That method was used to set a title in the progress view of the wizard
that is different from the page title. That is used exactly once and
there it adds more confusion than it helps. So get rid of the whole
thing.
Consistently set the "shortTitle" property instead for all wizards
that want to have a separate short title.

QTBUG-28385 is biting us over and over (QWizard doesn't have close
button nor cancel button on Mac in Qt 5), and actually there's no reason
for us having a wizard without the features from Utils::Wizard.

When creating a new class, you can select the "Base class" or "Type information"
QObject, QWidget, QDeclarativeItem... are available, but QQuickItem isn't..

The Wizards itself (derived from IWizard) and the dialogs
implementing the wizards were quite discoupled.
Since I want to add parameters that are delivered from
IWizard::run to the dialog a I added WizardDialogParameters.
Examples of paramters I want to add are the choosen platform
and the choosen subOption/template for this wizard.

Every wizard now implements requiredFeatures() to define a feature set.
If the feature set is not satisfied by the available Qt Versions,
the wizard is not shown in the create file/project dialog.
Every Qt version can define the provided feature set in availableFeatures()
defined in BaseQtVersion.

The wizards already provide a default suffix for file creation.
But since the user is still free to specify something else it's better to leave it to Creator to decide which one is the proper editor.
After all, this reflects how the file will be treated by Creator (including the next time it's opened).

Remove all hacks/conventions of considering the last generated
file as project file, etc. and instead add attributes flags to
Core::GeneratedFile, giving fine-grained control of what to do
with the file. Implement static utility functions in wizards
that handle it. Add boolean XML-attributes "openeditor"/"openproject"
to the file elements used by the CustomWizard XML-specification.
Manually set the attributes in all wizards.
