CONFIG -= qt.
This revealed several cases that are missing CoreProfile configuration.

Overwriting QMAKE_CXXFLAGS will remove the needed isysroot flag
for finding the standard headers.
Explicitly settings the standard lib on macOS is also no longer
necessary.

The type of a ModelNode can now be changed in the model.
The rewriter can already handle the case and the NodeInstanceView
does a reset.
We still have to expose this new feature in the UI.

We do not allows ids like "text" and "item" anymore,
since they are ambiguous. This patch adjusts a couple of tests.

Due to changed dependencies it is nowadays necessary to have more
of the plugin infrastructure at hand. Moving memcheck related tests
to be able to execute them as QC plugin unit test.

After debugging through a code base that makes extensive use
of shared pointers (LLDB...) I came to the conclusion that the
display of weak and strong counts is pretty much useless and
it would be better to avoid that level in the display.

We need to explicitly pass -MD when compiling source files. Unsetting
QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_RELEASE under MSVC strips this flag.

The capturesTexts cache may or may not be warm, and
we may or may not be able to warm it. Make the dumper
work in as much cases as possible.
