Instead add an optional attribute "required" to the plugin spec. Since
the locator plugin and find plugin are gone, and I don't see a reason to
prevent disabling the text editor plugin, only Core plugin gets the new
attribute set.

Qt Creator nowadays does a runtime check, and shows a nagging dialog
if OpenGL context cannot be created. Also, VirtualBox needs the Direct3D
support to be enabled in the Guest Addons, too.

the global qdoc configs may live in the source dir, but the indexes are
always in the build dir.
this will obviously only work for a non-prefix (developer) build of qt,
as a non-installed prefix build is not usable from the outside.

The range boundary and stride can be integral expressions.
Also ( ) are valid delimiters now, making descriptions like

The app could not recover from receiving a NaN value from
the Accelerometer, so NaN values are ignored.

Use double quotes if you need quotes.
Use QDir::toNativeSeparators() for file and directory names that you
pass to \c{tr().arg().
Do not use markup that spans the whole string.

The wizard in 3.1 uses a Window QML type instead of a Rectangle,
which means that states must be placed within a statusGroup.
The example can no longer be built from Qt Quick 1 elements.
Replaced \snippet commands with \quotefromfile commands.

The Android app tutorial is now a more generic mobile app tutorial, so
it was moved to qtquick folder and renamed as creator-mobile-app-tutorial.qdoc.
The page name (HTML) was also changed accordingly.
