Switching to another application with "Alt+Tab" was working fine here -
the tooltip closed as expected. But switching by clicking on another
application window lead to a left over tooltip.
Tested with openbox 3.6 window manager.

The tool tip never has focus, so it cannot become the IContext that is
checked for context help. So, integrate the help id into Utils::ToolTip
and check the tool tip first when checking for context help.
As a side effect the [F1] button and help id for the tool tip is now also
available for use outside of the text editors.

There's some bad interaction between the delayed hide,
the deleteLater() from CloseOnDelete, and the async
evaluation. Work around by start from scratch for each
tooltip. On the downside we have more flicker.
