Don't define 2 separate group setup items. Make OnGroupSetup
be able to handle also dynamic setup - like it's done with
CustomTask's setup handler.

Use TaskAction for dynamic group setup. Get rid of possibility
of selecting group's children to be started inside group setup.
Use dynamic children's setup instead, so that each individual child
may decide itself whether it wants to be started or not.

Replace also the AnalyzeOutputData::toolName field with
ClangToolType toolType. Stop relying on comparing translatable
strings inside DocumentClangToolRunner::onDone().

Remove ClangToolRunner::supportsVFSOverlay().
Move check for modified document and vfsOverlay into
runner creator method, as it's called in the same cycle just
before the runner is about to be started.

Introduce AnalyzerOutputData structure that is passed inside
new done() signal. This signal replaces the finishedWithSuccess()
and finishedWithFailure() signals. The output structure contains
all the data required in clients' handlers.
Move AnalyzeUnit into clangtoolrunner.h in order to avoid
circular dependencies.
Get rid of outputFilePath(), as it's passed inside AnalyzeOutputData
now.
Inline ClangToolRunWorker::unitsToAnalyze() as it's used only once.

We got a report that using a clang-tidy would launch llvm-tokenizer,
which would not close when clang-tidy closes.
This resulted in zombie processes which would significantly
affect performance.

Similar to QT_RESTRICTED_CAST_FROM_ASCII to avoid the need for

Some functions do not work and should therefore not be used.
Line-based processing of the output interferes with the internal
automatic usage of the ChannelBuffers.
Remove the respective functions and move the line parsing over
to the client.

Makes run() more similar to what start() looks like.
Also add some asserts to make sure run() and related functions are
only called on SyncronousProcesses, as these are currently the only
ones where this works.

The result is fully stored in the object anyway. Using the extra
SynchronousProcessResponse structure only causes copies of
the data and complicates access on the user side in
a lot of cases.
The result bits are now also accessible individually.
There's obvious room for follow-up changes on the topic, e.g.
ShellCommand::runCommand's parameter list could shrink to
just a SynchronousProcess parameter.
