The menu was moved and renamed. The Options dialog was
also renamed "Preferences".

"New File" is now a separate menu item in the "File" menu.
This way the topics are a bit shorter.

- Fix the paths to them in .qdoc files
- Remove paths to source folders from .qdocconf files
