this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

Do no more use pixels as offset if we can handle this without.
Clicking on items by using an (x, y) offset will likely fail if
running on a machine with a different DPI setting.

b748c1b3d2 solved the issue for
Qt Creator running in English only. This test starts Qt Creator
with different language settings, so the app won't close properly.
