Allow multiple expanders to be registered for lineedits, e.g. a
local and the global ones, and actually show them.
Use a tree view in the chooser for somewhat more structured display.

This allows a MacroExpander also to describe an expansion it can
do which was restricted to the global VariableManager only.
The global is now just a thin (unneeded) wrapper about new "standard"
functionality.

Instead of broadcasting for each resolution we ask the code
that knows about a specific variable directly.

Example use case: User is developing for embedded Linux system without
an SFTP server. Now deployment can be done via a custom process step
using scp without the need to duplicate all the connection data.

The new name is a better description of what the class is all about,
it matches the filename and it does not conflict show up when trying
to expand "PE" to ProjectExplorer.

The cmake plugin needs the class, too. Also add a explicit projectName
parameter to it, since it differs how to extract that from the path.
