We had problems on macOS with the catching of exceptions because the has
type_info::hash_code was different. This is probably a bug because RTTI
code is injected for an inline class.
To work around that problem we implemented the virtual what method for
every exception.

If you write
Utils::SmallStringView view;
Utils::SmallString text{view};
it selects the std::initializer_list contructor. Not the didicated
constructore. It is much to easy to get it wrong so it is better
to make it explicit.

It is a first step and now a database is generated if you start QtCreator.
Some code is now shared with the PchManager which can be improved in the
future.
