...and remove the QML module and type docs from the qtcreator repository.
They are now in the qtquickdesigner-components repository.
Also use "Qt Quick Studio Components" as the component category and
module name everywhere.

Change the topic name to Navigator and move the topic under
Design views in the TOC.
Replace occurrences of "item" and "QML type" with "component".

in Navigator and Form Editor
- Include the table in Navigator and Form Editor topics
using an include file
- Add documentation for new commands (and those that were
not documented for some reason)
