... as "standard" ways to define line breaks and simple stretch.
There have already been too many patterns to do it.
Break() and Stretch() still work for the patches in flight, but
they are planned to be removed.

It had a implicit vertical layout leading to unneded layout nesting
in quite a few cases. The price is an added Column { ... } in those
places where the implicit vertical layout was sufficient before.

CMake settings were split in two places, which complicates things.
Now they are both into one settings category, just like other build
systems Qbs, Meson.

An option is added to change the default behavior that
would create subfolders inside source groups for files
based on their location on disk.
When disabling the option, files will be added directly
under their respective source group.
The virtual folders <build-folder> and <other-files>
is also omitted when the option is disabled.

It is a value written by the installer, and to be read from the install
settings. Writing it to the local user settings breaks it if the user
uninstalls Qt and installs it at a different location.
Also add a temporary fixup, removing the setting from the local user
settings, if it was already written there.

Adds CMAKE_PROJECT_INCLUDE_BEFORE as initial CMake parameters
with a path to a auto-setup.cmake script that will run
conan install if a conanfile.txt is found in the prject.
A project can have a local QtCreatorPackageManager.cmake file
that will be loaded if exists.
The auto setup can be controlled via the following CMake variables:
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_PACKAGE_MANAGER_SETUP
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_CONAN_SETUP
* QT_CREATOR_SKIP_VCPKG_SETUP
conan.cmake is taken from https://github.com/conan-io/cmake-conan
