This reverts commit 6a66ced594.
The patch that will introduce the alternative to setupChildProcess
(QProcess::setChildProcessModifier()) has not yet found its
way to qtbase and current Qt dev already identifies itself as
version 6.0.0, rendering the code here uncompilable.

Otherwise, if connection sharing is disabled and public key
authentication fails, the askpass tool is not invoked.

There is no standard implementation for the ssh-askpass tool on any
platform, so we currently can't find one on our own. In particular, this
means that the RemoteLinux device test will always fail for a newly
added device, which is not acceptable.
So we just add our own askpass implementation and point the SSH settings
to it.

Advantages:
- Full compatibility with OpenSSH behavior guaranteed.
- Minimal maintenance effort.
- Less code to build.
- Big chunk of 3rd party sources can be removed from our repository.
One the downside, Windows users now need to install OpenSSH for
RemoteLinux support. Hoewever, people doing embedded development
probably have it installed anyway.
