completion: enable multiple completors for different use cases.

Introduce CompletionPolicy enum, use 'TextCompletion' for the new plain
text completion, and 'SemanticCompletion' or 'QuickFixCompletion' for
the existing cases.

QuickFix: Move helpers from QuickFixData to RefactoringFile.
...
Makes them easy to use everywhere. Also when calling
QuickFixData::textOf and friends, it wasn't really clear which file
they would run on.

Allow certain characters to also trigger the completion

Now you can type characters like ., ( and : to complete the selected
item, depending on the type of the completion item.
