Since this means that StringBuilder expressions are not usable
as arguments anymore, use .withSuffix() more extensively.
This makes this "unusual" construction also a bit better findable.
No measurable performance gain or loss in either direction.

Users don't add QDB device themselves and therefore device test isn't run.
This means neither rsync or sftp is available with GenericUpload deployment.
Ideally, we should run the device test in the background but that would
require larger code refactoring to support it. For now, set all QDB devices
with support for both rsync and sftp. Host's support will still determine
if either one can be used.

Interestingly, the contexts were predominantly Qdb::*, standardize
on that. Long term we might collapse RemoteLinux descendants anyway.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only
