31f484ea1a qtcdebugger: Register as post-mortem debugger for 64bit applications as well. 
Add mode argument to registry access helpers allowing to access the 64bit
registry from 32bit applications and vice versa using special REGSAM
values, similar to the new QSettings formats introduced in Qt 5.7.

This allows for setting the 64bit post-mortem debugger when running
as a 32bit application on 64bit Windows. The -wow argument is extended
to indicate accessing the 64bit node from 32bit.

ddefe062c7 Fix up QProcess::waitForFinished() 
waitForFinish returns false if the process is no longer running at
the time of the call. Handle that throughout the codebase.

631d33de39 Remove "console" from CONFIG in qtcdebugger.pro 
Change 7309e8bb64
caused "console" to be added to the CONFIG variable,
which resulted in qtcdebugger launching an additional
command prompt window.

72d173829c Remove superfluous include paths from project files. 
A lot of our build system files specify unneeded include
paths. These roughly fall into the following categories:
    a) Paths that are already set in more general files
       such as qtcreator.pri.
    b) Paths that serve no purpose at all, possibly
       left over from earlier versions of the project.
    c) Paths that act as workarounds for wrong include
       statements of the form '#include "xyz.h"', where
       xyz.h is not in the same directory as the including
      file.
This patch removes such path specifications and fixes the offending
include statements from case c).
Tested on Linux, Windows and OSX with qmake and qbs.

745cb4b7ec Introduce $$QTC_PREFIX 
'make install' now installs to $(INSTALL_ROOT)$$QTC_PREFIX/...

This is used for giving the contents of the 7zips an additional prefix.
(previously done by doing an additional copying step in bindistHelper).
QTC_PREFIX can also be used to give Qt Creator a different install path
at qmake time, and defaults to /usr/local on Linux.
On Windows and Mac there is no default for QTC_PREFIX.

Usage: qmake -r QTC_PREFIX=/qtcreator-2.6.0 && make &&
INSTALL_ROOT=/tmp/creator-dist make install

c29bf6f652 Introduce $$QTC_PREFIX instead of abusing $(INSTALL_ROOT). 
Reason: $INSTALL_ROOT is only meant to be used by packagers
to temporarily put the contents into a different location,
which is needed for fakeroot packaging.

QTC_PREFIX is not a qmake variable, and defaults to
/usr/local. On Windows the default prefix is "QtCreator",
since "make install" is expected to be used in
a packaging context only where either INSTALL_ROOT
should be used or QTC_PREFIX should be set to the
absolute destination path where e.g. an installer
generator will pick it up.
