hjk	e05fbf153d	Qnx: Rename qnxdeviceconfiguration* to qnxdevice* ... All other targets call their devices "Device", not "DeviceConfiguration". Also, add a few namespaces and inline the trivial QnxDeviceConfigurationWizardSetupPage files.
