2fcf2ac5d3 Added a FakeVim color theme 
Specially for FakeVim users out there who want an easy way to switch to
vim's default color theme on a dark brackground.

Also did a little cleanup.

151366dffa isQt64Bit is a better name. 
Since that method actually checks if Qt is built 64bit,
not if MSVC is 64bit.

67438b574a Delete toolchain in more intelligent way. 
Create a new one and check if it's the same as the old one,
has the advantage that cached data doesn't need to be retrieved again.
It was that way before tool chain was moved to Qt4Project.

35be3a3b02 customize context help. The three modes are: 
- show side-by-side if possible
 - always show side-by-side
 - always show full help

The default is "show side-by-side if possible". It's currently considered
possible if the editor is at least 800 pixels wide.

4bf3d32f61 debugger: assume that not-known-to-be-simple types have children 
This might lead to false positives in corner cases like empty structures
but speed up the display of arrays and lists of user-defined types a lot.

947b719e69 Made selecting the color scheme functional 
Also, defaults formats are now applied to any format that hasn't been
defined in the color scheme file. This allows a color scheme to fall
back on the default selection color, for example.

7c88b3e96c Allow for variable replacement in build directory and build arguments 
of a generic project. This way one can use variables like
${CURRENT_DOCUMENT:path} or ${CURRENT_DOCUMENT:baseName}.
Amend: Fix coding style according to apoenitz's comment.
Amend2: Some more coding style issues.

8c00de4536 debugger: remove unnecessary first level in WatchModel 
There used to be a single 'Locals' etc item of the true root that was
never shown anyway. Removing this also renders using setRootIndex()
in WatchWindow unnecessary.
