Explicitly chose a newer kit as the kit we would use by default
lacks some compiler features on Windows.
This patch here only fixes the test crash when trying to access
a disabled menu item due to cmake dropping out with error when
parsing the project with the active kit.
Drive by change: removed workaround for fixed bug.

Since we also license under GPL-3.0 WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0,
this applies only to a hypothetical newer version of GPL, that doesn't
exist yet. If such a version emerges, we can still decide to relicense...
While at it, replace (deprecated) GPL-3.0 with more explicit GPL-3.0-only

ui_mainwindow.h is being created on first build. While there
seems to be some workaround for qmake-based projects, cmake-based
projects can't be parsed properly before the file was written.

This is a reaction to an change in Creator's handling
of environment variables. Creator now passes on
LD_PRELOAD set by Squish. This results in build errors
and crashes of started applications.

The dialog shows a kind of completion popup. After that, the Locator
does not get proper focus anymore. Clicking into the dialog closes
the completion popup and seems to fix the focus problem.

Do no more use pixels as offset if we can handle this without.
Clicking on items by using an (x, y) offset will likely fail if
running on a machine with a different DPI setting.
