- Unexport Core::Internal::MainWindow and remove its includes.
- Move RssFetcher from Core::Internal to Core.
- Unexport CopyTaskHandler.
- Move TextEditor's completion support and Refactor Overlay
helper classes from TextEditor::Internal to TextEditor as they
are exported.
- Move internal BaseTextBlockSelection into private header.
- Unexport TextEditorOverlay as they are not used.
Since bearer mangement uses network manager, the bearer plugin has to
use dbus to get the network configuration. Due to a bug in dbus 1.3 this
can lead to creator beeing blocked for up to 30 seconds on startup.

Manage Sessions replaces "Restore last session" (which can be done by clicking
the "(last session)" session anyway. Also, added a "Create New Project" button.
Ensured that the welcome screen is only as high as needed (will orient on the
amount of items in the contained treewidgets). Scrolling is still last resort.
