The functions are about to be removed.
After cf7f898 the mode does not have to be in the global
pool at all, the plugin needs to stay there as it is used
for soft dependencies, but use direct insert/removal now.

De-virtualize requestInterruptInferior() and let always
the master engine react to the request. interruptInferior()
diverts to the active slave in case of the combined engine.

Allow to rely on kit plus data directly specified in the dialogs.
This means, RunControls with nullptr RunConfigurations are allowed

GDB output is still processed, but the docks are already deleted.
Use asynchronous shutdown, and wait for engine termination before deleting
the main window.

The users (typically target specific DebuggerRunTool derived classes)
are meant to use the individual setter functions nowadays, not the set
up the full structure, so the members are a true implementation
detail now.

The feature was actually useful. Right now, debugging tends
to stop there, not only in a place people typically don't
expect, because it's not "their" code, but now also with tons
of "Semantic issues" markers which makes the file look
really evil.

Host and port reasonably belong together, using a QUrl makes that more
explicit and follows the lead of the Qml profiler in that area.

Problematic case was:
1. Run some analyzer (mode switch: edit->debug)
2. Close project, re-open it (mode switch: debug->edit)
3. Run analyzer from 1. again
--> Ops, no mode switch to debug mode (and thus no analyzer view)
because it's still the same perspective

Alt+R is used by default for "Play Last Macro", we use it for "Run Without
Deployment". Having it as an accelerator means that this shortcut can't be
used in Debug mode.
