Alessandro Portale 1da95bc129 Remove usages of Q_GLOBAL_STATIC_WITH_INITIALIZER in Qt Creator
Q_GLOBAL_STATIC_WITH_INITIALIZER will be removed in Qt5, since
it interferes with multi threading.
