Miikka Heikkinen c67965fb29 QmlDesigner: Add ScaleGizmo to 3D edit view
ScaleGizmo allows scaling in the direction of local or global axes,
as well as uniform scaling. Any scale component cannot be made
negative with ScaleGizmo.
