Jarek Kobus 8e0ae8ba96 QtcProcess: Limit the inclusion of qtcprocess.h
Move the rest of QtcProcess enums to processenums.h.
Move ExitCodeInterpreter into processenums.h.
Remove superfluous Utils:: prefix.
