Leena Miettinen 472b4cb358 Doc: Describe changes in Git Instant Blame ...

"Instant Blame" is now a check box. The
"Add instant blame annotations to editor"
check box was removed and the following were added:
"Ignore whitespace changes" and "Ignore line moves".
