Leena Miettinen 820e65894d Doc: Update debugger docs ...

- Make CDB and GDB preference docs more scannable by using tables.
- Describe the "Use debug info daemon" GDB option(update the screenshot).
- Add info about asynchronous GDB command execution.
- Replace "select" with "go to" for menus.
- Update some \sa links.
