Ivan Donchevskii d7058e1afe ClangFormat: Refactor indenter to allow ClangFormat unit-tests
We do not build texteditor files in unit-tests so some tricks
were required to make ClangFormatIndenter available.

First simple unit-test proofs it builds and runs.
