Friedemann Kleint ec6b38dea0 Fix Qt 5.13 deprecation warning about QFontMetrics::width()
Replace by QFontMetrics::horizontalAdvance(), fixing:
warning: ‘int QFontMetrics::width(const QString&, int) const’ is deprecated:
 Use QFontMetrics::horizontalAdvance [-Wdeprecated-declarations]
