Ivan Donchevskii f130de2400 Clang: use HighlightingMarks for hover with Ctrl highlighting
Make this highlighting work without builtin code model
but based on the HighlightingMarks that we already have
from ClangCodeModel.
Redundant parameters are removed by this change.
