hjk 683e7aa6cf ProjectExplorer: Make BuildStepConfigWidget::displayName a value
Use BuildStep::displayName() as default.

This probably could be the only possibility, but currently there
are some discrepancies that are kept in this patch to make
the patch mechanical.
