Kyle Hendricks 0a7dc40712 Fix issue with certain Samsung TVs repeatedly showing auth dialog (#38308) ...

Through some testing with the samsungtvws library, it was determined
that the issue is related to the short read timeout (1s).  Increasing
the timeout to 10s should solve the issue.
