5563fc9fd5 - dropped nl2br as plugin 
- added '<>' as comparission operator in {if} tags
- cached caching_lifetime property to cache_liftime for backward compatibility with Smarty2.
  {include} optional attribute is also now cache_lifetime
- fixed trigger_error methode (moved into Smarty class)
- version is now  Beta!!!
