5cc9b27784 - bugfix wordwrap modifier could fail if used in nocache code. 
converted plugin file shared.mb_wordwrap.php into modifier.mb_wordwrap.php

5e21770fe5 - reactivated $error_reporting property handling

- changed back plugin parameters to two. second is template object 
  with transparent access to Smarty object
