boots	a0d021ef60	Moved /libs/core to /libs/internals and created new constant, SMARTY_CORE_DIR which defaults to SMARTY_DIR/internals. This should help CVS and rsynch users butupgrades will require changes and this may affect 3rd party plugins that use the /core dir.	2004-09-16 23:07:32 +00:00
